Use a drop of Silk Vegan Gel Activator and mix with any Silk Argan Eye Shimmer, Glitter Dust or Shadow to create a new gel-formula that can be used as a liquid eye liner. Use to also create a stunning ‘wet look’ or metallic finish. This gel does not contain alcohol, sting eyes or evaporate.
